The residence offers spacious accommodation for up to 15 guests featuring 5 different room options suited to couples or larger groups.
Stay in and unwind as you take in the home’s expansive views across lush Waikato farmland to the Kaimai Ranges or venture out to explore local attractions like the famous Hobbiton Village or Wairere Falls.
In the evening, dine out at one of Matamata’s 48 eateries, then return to share the day’s experiences with fellow guests in our spacious main lounge. The upstairs den provides a cosy hide-away to take in a movie or a good book.

The House with No nails was hand built as a traditional timber framed house. The name carved into one of the main beams, Pen Saer Loft, means Master Carpenters Barn.
